This SP-17 Surface Prep Tool with dual position blade holders was designed for scraping hard surface deposits including epoxy, fiberglass, glues, grout, ice, packed soils, paint and a variety of buildup on concrete surfaces. It is recommended to rotate cutter blades in a synchronized pattern to optimize cutter life and maximize production.

  • Designed to fit 17 Inch or Larger 175 RPM Floor Buffers, this 17 Inch Disk Block is equipped with 6 replaceable carbon steel cutter blades; each blade has 8 cutting edges; three replacement blades per set.
