I use enzymes religiously throughout my day to day for everything from floor cleaning, to sinks and disposals, to spot cleaning carpets and upholstery, and handling pen and kennel care for both dogs and ducks. I decided to go with this product as an alternative based on fragrance, as I was tired of the sickly sweet scent of the cucumber melon I usually use. I wanted something in a clean smell and my normal company no longer carries it. I was also attracted to the lower price, as its about $20 cheaper per case. I almost instantly regretted it. There is no labeled dilution rate for doing the extras that I do, although I knew that it would work on floors and other things because I routinely use push cleaner for drains on my floors (which is amazing by the way). This product does have a really nice smell to it; it's not overpowering and it does smell clean without smelling chemically clean. It did almost nothing for the drains, and the sit time is outrageous. I usually go through about a gallon of enzymatic product every 1-3 weeks on average, but with this I went through my first gallon in a day. I'm now 2 gallons down within weeks of my shipment arriving. If you want something that's going to really work, spend the extra money and go with bio conqueror.
